You might be struggling with confidence, overthinking, or decision paralysis. Burnout can creep in, especially during identity shifts or life transitions.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Seeking mental health support can be a helpful first step.
Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly or fortnightly.
We work at your pace, allowing space for reflection and progress in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
