If you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck, you are not alone.
Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, juggling work, parenting, relationships, and daily life while trying to hold everything together.
I offer counselling and coaching for adults who are exhausted from masking, confused by late diagnosis, struggling in relationships, or finding work harder than it feels like it “should” be.
This is a space where you can slow down, make sense of what is happening, and find support that actually fits the way your brain works.
Counselling gives you time to explore what is causing pain, overwhelm, or stuckness.
Coaching offers more practical, future-focused support when you feel ready to make changes in your day-to-day life.
They are different types of support, and we would decide together which feels most appropriate for where you are right now.
I do not offer counselling and coaching to the same client at the same time, as I feel it is important that the support has clear boundaries and a clear focus.
You do not need to know which one you need before reaching out. We can talk this through together and decide what feels most helpful for you.
