Once you decide to begin counselling or coaching, I will send you a client information form and contract to complete before our first session.
It’s natural to feel nervous about starting with someone new. During the first session, I will guide you through the process, revisit the contract together, and answer any questions you may have.
We will then explore what has brought you here and what you would like from the work.
For coaching clients, the first session may be slightly longer to allow space to clarify your direction and explore which coaching pathway would best support you.
Sessions are available:
• In person from my garden office in Whinmoor, Leeds LS14
• From Unmasked Neurodiversity Network CIC, Seacroft
• Online across the UK
Counselling focuses on emotional processing, mental health support, and working through past or present difficulties.
Rebuilding Your Way Coaching is forward-focused and structured. It supports late-diagnosed neurodivergent professionals to rebuild self-trust and realign their work and life in a sustainable way.
To maintain clear professional boundaries, I do not work with the same person as both counsellor and coach.
If it becomes clear during coaching that therapeutic support would be more appropriate, this will be discussed openly and alternative options can be explored.
£60 for a 50-minute session
£90 for a 75-minute session
Counselling is offered on a session-by-session basis.
Coaching is offered as structured packages:
Foundation – 6 weeks – £1,050
Core – 12 weeks – £2,000
Extended – 16 weeks – £2,600
Payment plans are available.
Coaching is designed as a structured journey rather than one-off sessions, allowing space for reflection, realignment, and sustainable change.
For counselling, we review progress approximately every six sessions to ensure the work remains supportive and aligned with your needs.
For coaching, the number of sessions depends on the programme you choose. The structured nature of the work allows time for reflection, implementation, and sustainable change.
You are always welcome to raise questions, concerns, or feedback at any stage.
Openness and honesty are an important part of the working relationship.
All sessions are offered on a private-pay basis.
Payment details and cancellation terms are outlined clearly in the contract provided before work begins.
