50-minute session, £60
75-minute session, £90

The 50-minute session is the standard session length.

A 75-minute session may be helpful if you feel you need more time to settle, process, or explore something in more depth.

If you have private health insurance and your policy includes mental health support, you may be able to use it to help cover the cost of counselling sessions.

Please check this directly with your insurer, as cover can vary depending on your individual policy.

Before booking, it is worth checking:

whether Counselling, Psychotherapy or Coaching is covered
whether a GP referral is required
how many sessions are included
whether there is an excess to pay
